Credit Associate

Managing the credit collection process, the full-time Credit Associate will handle credit applications, ensure timely payment processing, and maintain positive customer relationships while working remotely in Texas. Key responsibilities Perform routine clerical support for the local credit team Assist with local lien processes and prepare periodic reports on accounts receivable status Complete collection calls and escalate accounts receivable issues as necessary Required qualifications High School diploma or GED required 1-2 years of experience in credit collections or a similar role Proficiency in MS Office Knowledge of collections and lien holder laws preferred Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
