Billing Specialist

About The Role Our client, a leading Washington, DC area multidisciplinary design firm specializing in civil engineering, site planning, land surveying, and landscape architecture, is seeking a Unanet A/E Billing Specialist to join their team. This role will support the Billing Manager in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate has advanced experience with Unanet A/E billing, project setup, and project maintenance, along with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Join an established and growing multidisciplinary design firm Work with a collaborative team in a positive work environment Opportunity to work with both Unanet and Deltek Vision during an ongoing system transition Work closely with experienced billing and accounting professionals Opportunity to grow your skills within a supportive team environment What You'll Do Manage billing processes using Unanet A/E Set up and maintain projects within Unanet Prepare and process accurate client invoices Support the Billing Manager with day-to-day billing activities Review billing information for accuracy and resolve discrepancies Manage multiple billing deadlines and priorities Utilize Microsoft Excel to support billing and financial reporting Assist with the transition from Deltek Vision to Unanet Communicate with internal teams regarding billing and project information Support additional billing and accounting projects as needed What We're Looking For Advanced experience with Unanet A/E billing is required Experience with project setup and maintenance in Unanet Experience with Deltek Vision is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Team player who works well in a collaborative environment Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills Full time, M-F in office $65,000-$75,000k a year #J-18808-Ljbffr Rocs, Inc.
