Our ideal candidate is a bright, ambitious, hard-working individual who is serious about a career and has commitment and self-discipline. MUST BE a licensed Realtor or currently taking real estate classes.

Compensation:

$135,000 at plan

Responsibilities:

• Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria
• Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner
• Identify homes to show that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales
• Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth
• Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service

Qualifications:

• Present yourself in a professional manner
• Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease
• Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision

• Real estate license required
