Overview Part-time and Full-time roles are eligible for a $30,000 sign-on bonus — this position is also referral eligible. Join our Primary Care Clinic at University Hospital as a full-time RN working a consistent Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM schedule. This resident-led clinic, supported by 7 attending physicians and numerous residents, offers a collaborative outpatient environment where you'll build meaningful relationships with patients while providing telephone triage, medication refills, patient education, medication and vaccine administration, blood draw assistance, and support for quality initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced RN seeking clinical variety, work-life balance, and the chance to make a lasting impact on patient care. Qualifications: Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA. Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies. Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred. Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program. Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license. Two years experience in an ambulatory setting preferred. Knowledge of procedures for performing the functions appropriate to the specific clinical area and familiarity with designated pieces of equipment and supplies. Requires ability to coordinate a number of functions for a group of patients in an effective timely manner. Requires awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse. We are an equal opportunity employer.
