Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current state licensure required
• School-based OT experience preferred, but not essential
• Familiarity with teletherapy practices is a plus
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills
• Comfortable working independently with diverse students

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver individualized and group occupational therapy sessions, both in-person and via teletherapy as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to integrate therapy goals and ensure student progress
• Assess students’ fine motor, sensory, and functional needs within the school environment
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to IEP meetings as required
• Support students’ participation in academics and activities of daily living
