Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Teletherapy experience or familiarity with virtual therapy platforms a plus
• Previous experience working in a school setting is desirable, but open to motivated new graduates
• Outstanding communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork
• Strong sense of empathy and commitment to student success

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group teletherapy occupational therapy sessions to elementary and middle school students
• Perform assessments to determine student needs and monitor progress
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals according to IEP requirements
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student growth
• Maintain thorough documentation and timely reporting of progress
• Offer strategies and resources to support classroom participation and student independence
