Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:55 AM – 2:30 PM
Location: Houston Area
Connect Staffing Solutions is seeking reliable and hardworking Groundskeepers to assist with landscaping and property maintenance. This is a full-time position for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and take pride in maintaining clean, professional-looking grounds.
Job Duties- Mow, edge, and trim grass and landscaped areas
- Remove weeds, debris, and litter from property grounds
- Prune shrubs, bushes, and small trees as needed
- Plant, water, and maintain flowers and other landscaping features
- Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with general grounds maintenance and cleanup
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Must have a strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Previous landscaping or groundskeeping experience is a plus but not required
