Senior IAM Security Analyst

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Senior IAM Security Analyst to join their team. As a Senior IAM Security Analyst, you will be part of the IAM Strategic Enablement & Adoption team supporting business operations and cybersecurity initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Partner with business teams to drive adoption of enterprise IAM services by translating identity, access, and authentication capabilities into practical, business-friendly solutions
• Support application onboarding, migrations, and user transitions to ensure a seamless, low-friction experience before and after deployment
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex IAM issues, leading triage, prioritization, and coordination across teams
• Gather, synthesize, and translate user feedback and access pain points into actionable insights for IAM product and engineering teams
• Influence IAM product enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives based on business impact and user feedback

What's Needed?

• 7+ years of information security analysis experience, with a focus on identity and access management
• Hands-on experience supporting IAM onboarding, migrations, or transformation initiatives in cloud and hybrid environments
• Strong understanding of IAM security principles, including least privilege and zero trust models
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex, cross-system IAM issues under pressure
