Must have completed ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years ABA Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Embark on a meaningful contract opportunity supporting elementary students as a Registered Behavior Technician. This onsite, part-time role is based near Brighton, CO and runs from August 10th through May 21st, 2027. You’ll be helping young learners at an elementary campus, utilizing your expertise to make a genuine difference in the lives of students with mild to moderate behavioral needs.

Key Qualifications:

• Hold a current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Possess an active CDE or COOL license
• Previous experience working directly with students exhibiting mild to moderate behavior challenges, preferably in a school setting
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, specialists, and families
• High level of professionalism and reliability

Responsibilities:

• Deliver behavior intervention and support services to elementary-aged students in an onsite setting
• Collaborate with educators and other staff members to implement individualized behavior plans
• Collect and track student data to inform ongoing intervention strategies
• Participate in team meetings and communicate progress or concerns regarding student behavior
• Follow outlined protocols and school policies to ensure a safe, positive environment for all students
