Must have completed ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years ABA Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a meaningful impact by supporting elementary students as a Registered Behavior Technician in a collaborative school environment. This contract position calls for a dedicated RBT ready to help shape positive, consistent experiences for young learners with mild to moderate behavioral needs in an onsite role. You’ll work closely with a supportive special education team, assisting students in reaching their goals throughout the academic year.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required
• Active CDE or COOL license is mandatory
• Previous experience working with elementary students exhibiting mild to moderate behavior needs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, educators, and families
• Commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical guidelines in educational settings
• Flexibility to adapt to the evolving needs of the school and students

Responsibilities:

• Implement and support individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts and special education staff
• Reinforce skill development, social skills, and positive behavioral strategies during classroom activities and transitions
• Collect and document data on student behavior and progress, providing daily feedback to the educational team
• Foster a safe and supportive environment that encourages student growth and learning
• Participate in team meetings and contribute proactive ideas to help students achieve their full potential
