Who We Are Looking For We are seeking a leader within the Private Credit Fund Services business unit of the State Street Alternative Investment Services Group. Join our dedicated team of accounting professionals who deliver financial reporting and day‑to‑day accounting and administrative support to premier real estate fund clients. As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for the preparation, analysis and reporting of investment and fund performance data for global Private Credit funds and affiliated entities. What You Will Be Responsible For Maintain the general ledger for various fund entities Prepare supporting work papers for financial statements, portfolio schedules and capital account allocations Conduct analytical review of monthly/quarterly investment and fund performance data Review and/or prepare capital calls, distributions and bank reconciliations Prepare management, annual and incentive fee calculations Prepare various client correspondences Calculate waterfalls and capital account allocations Execute special projects as requested What We Value Ensure compliance with legal documents Maintain working relationships with all client contacts, auditors, tax, lawyers, and banking personnel Education & Preferred Qualifications Fund accounting or public accounting experience Experience leading verbal and written communications at senior levels with internal and external clients Excellent administrative and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to multi‑task and work efficiently to meet client deliverables Benefits Employees are eligible to participate in State Street’s comprehensive benefits program, which includes a retirement savings plan (401K) with company match; insurance coverage including basic life, medical, dental, vision, long‑term disability, and other optional additional coverages; paid‑time off including vacation, sick leave, short‑term disability, and family care responsibilities; access to an Employee Assistance Program; incentive compensation and eligibility for annual performance‑based awards; and certain tax‑advantaged savings plans.
