Description Rank: Executive Assistant I Department/ Cluster: Finance Division, HA Head Office Pay: HK$24,675 to HK$29,195 per month Up to 5% of total basic salary as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance. Key Responsibilities Collect, input, verify and process forms/data, including financial data in financial systems. Support the operation and delivery of financial services including financial management, financial accounting, budget monitoring, financial control, etc. Provide support to the team on matters related to financial projection analysis and budgetary monitoring. Compile statistics, conduct simple analysis and assist in preparation of financial reports. Handle the interim and year end accounting closing exercise. Handle enquiries and liaise with various stakeholders and subject officers in related to finance operation matters. Provide support of general office administration and day-to-day operation to the team. Perform other ad-hoc duties in related functions. Entry Requirements University Graduates with experience. Preferrable Attributes/ Exposure University degree holder with majors in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent. Experience in accounting or finance. Well organized, strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and able to work independently. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Proficiency in common computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, spreadsheet modeling, database management and accounting software, e.g. Oracle.
