• Monday - Friday schedule, 7:30 am - 5 pm
• Associate Center Clinical Director role with leadership responsibilities
• Phone call coverage shared among group
• Comprehensive outpatient geriatric care focus
• On-site diagnostic services including X-ray, ultrasound, and EKG
• Lead care team including medical assistants and coordinators
• Board certification in geriatric medicine required
• Mix of direct patient care and clinical leadership duties
