Marketing Cloud Specialist

To support multiple business units, the contracted Marketing Cloud Specialist will build omni-channel infrastructure, journey automation, and preference centers while working remotely. Key responsibilities Configure MobileConnect SMS short/long codes and opt-in/out workflows for lead ingestion channels Develop custom subscription preference centers on CloudPages to manage opt-ins and opt-outs with Health Cloud Set up multi-step Marketing Cloud journeys utilizing Einstein Engagement Scoring and real-time triggers Required qualifications Experience with Marketing Cloud and CloudPages Knowledge of MobileConnect and SMS compliance (TCPA/HIPAA) Familiarity with audience schemas and data flows in Marketing Cloud Proficiency in configuring Marketing Cloud journeys and real-time triggers Understanding of cross-channel attribution and data integration tools (e.g., Hightouch, Salesforce SFMC)
