Litigation Associate

ProspectBlue has partnered with a nationally recognized health law firm and is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our Medical Malpractice Defense team in Richmond, Virginia. We are looking for a litigation attorney with a background in complex civil defense or medical malpractice who is eager to take on challenging, meaningful work while growing within a collaborative and supportive environment. What You’ll Do: As a member of our litigation team, you’ll play an active role in every stage of the defense process. Responsibilities include: Analyzing cases and developing effective litigation strategies Working directly with clients and collaborating closely with experienced partners Consulting with medical experts to build and defend cases Drafting pleadings, conducting written discovery, taking and defending depositions, preparing motions, and assisting with trial preparation Gaining valuable courtroom experience while expanding your litigation skills We are committed to your professional growth by providing individualized mentoring, meaningful case responsibility, and opportunities for long-term career advancement.
