Job OverviewA law firm seeks an Employment Litigation Associate with at least two years of experience to join their Labor & Employment group in Richmond, VA. This role involves providing guidance and advocacy to employers, collaborating with colleagues, and contributing personal insights to a supportive environment. Duties Partner with public and private employers on workplace issues. Represent clients in court and before agencies. Draft policies and advise leadership. Take ownership of tasks while collaborating with a supportive team. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of labor and employment law experience, including litigation. Active Virginia law license. Strong writing, advocacy, and counseling skills. Entrepreneurial spirit and interest in relationship building. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Licensed to practice law in Virginia. Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
