Cardiology - Interventional Physician

This hospital employed 12 physician integrated cardiology practice is seeking a board certified/board eligible Interventional Cardiologist. Cookeville, TN is centrally located between Nashville, Knoxville, and Chattanooga. The new physician will have a mix of both general cardiology and performing invasive non-interventional exploratory cath. procedures.

The only tertiary cardiology program for a 14-county area, known as the Upper Cumberland region, is the sole STEMI referral center and provides the most cardiology services in this area. Cookeville s two cardiac surgeons provide high quality coronary bypass and valve surgery program inclusive of TAVR, MitraClip & Watchman.

THE PRACTICE:

• 12 Physician Collegial Practice
• 22 exam rooms in clinic
• M-F 7:30 5:00
• Total office staff consists of 65 (20 are clinicians)
• See 20-25 plus patients per day in clinic

• Hospital call of 1:7
• Athena Centricity EMR
