This role will own the product lifecycle from strategy and implementation through adoption, with a focus on scalable, high-impact solutions. Members contribute to shaping product vision while fostering continuous improvement and operational excellence.What you'll do:Product Development & Implementation: Lead the implementation, testing, and rollout of data collaboration and data clean room products for media, audience, and measurement use cases.Define and socialize a clear product strategy and roadmap, including the rationale for each product and opportunity.Translate senior sales stakeholder needs for third-party measurement into product integrations and solution launches across Walmart Connect media.Drive smooth implementation and integration of data collaboration and measurement products.Manage intake and prioritize demand for data collaboration and data clean room measurement solutions.Define and advance measurement query solutions for large, complex datasets across third-party cloud environments.Develop clear technical requirements that translate business needs into product development priorities.Align engineering teams on requirements, workflows, priorities, and delivery commitments.Assess third-party measurement providers against Walmart Connect’s technical, analytical, and quality standards.Documentation & Tracking:Develop and maintain technical requirements for product development and implementation. o Document workflows, features, and processes to support stakeholder alignment and team execution.Create training materials that improve product understanding and support adoption.Partner with product marketing, sales, and senior stakeholders to create internal and external materials, including case studies.Create thought leadership, case studies, and best practices for use across Walmart Connect.Reporting & Analysis:Build reporting tools to track product adoption, usage, and expenses. o Analyze usage data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.Build leadership dashboards that measure product value and compare projected revenue or efficiency gains with actual results.Communicate launch progress and adoption updates to stakeholders with clarity and consistency.Process Improvement: Build automated forms and workflows that accelerate requests and improve operational efficiency.Optimize product and internal workflows to improve performance and operational efficiency.Support third-party measurement partner management, including terms and agreements.What you'll bring:Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.6+ years of experience in product management, data management, measurement, analytics, or technical product roles.Strong knowledge of measurement products and technical product implementation.Excellent documentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.Experience creating training materials and marketing collateral.Advanced analytical and statistical skills, with experience building product reporting and tracking metrics.Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
