Key activities you will accomplish in this role: Responsible for overall accuracy of staffing data and performance – update and maintain accurate demand signal including maintaining critical talent list. Lead the fulfillment strategy for meeting the staffing needs of the Avionics directorate – maintain directorate staffing strategy projections for planned allocations (intern conversions, internal transfers, upskilling, contract labor conversions, etc.). Drive actions to closure on requisitions in a timely manner. Support regular staffing business rhythms – provide regular status on directorate staffing needs to program. Collaborate and facilitate directorate leadership engagement in related staffing events/initiatives. Directorate‑level staffing/seating coordination and EVM analysis. Resource and assignment planning and reporting. Business rhythm management and conduct. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years professional experience, or equivalent experience/combined education. Project management experience in resource planning/allocation. Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance; must be a U.S. citizen. Desired Skills: Bachelor's degree or higher in a STEM discipline. Experience with resource planning tools such as VEMO. Prior project management and Control Account Management (CAM) experience. Knowledge of program lifecycle and how early achievements may drive future costs. Missile or space segment design and test experience with one or more subsystems or fields outside of Systems Engineering. Experience in Business Rhythm creation and management.
