Field Sales Coordinator

Black Diamond Oilfield Rentals is a well-established, Houston-based company. We are a leading supplier of Drill Pipe and BHA Handling Tools for the Oil & Gas industry. We operate from 5 North American locations, delivering and extensive fleet of rental products and tailored services. We are seeking two motivated Field Sales Coordinators to join our team. One position is based in Midland, Texas , and the other is based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma . Candidates must reside within 100 miles of their assigned territory to ensure effective coverage and responsiveness. The Field Sales position is responsible for driving profitable growth and expanding account presence within an assigned territory (West Texas). This role achieves results by selling company products and services through direct customer engagement, securing new business, and maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts. Responsibilities Plan and schedule sales activities to identify targets and meet contact goals Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from field activity Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts Review customer service reports and address client concerns Maintain and strengthen relationships with current and potential clients Communicate product knowledge, service updates, developments and feedback to management and customers Develop and maintain sales materials Manage accounts, documentation, and required paperwork in the company database Obtain and submit customer feedback surveys to Quality Assurance Maintain daily operations with operator representative, including equipment ordering, logistics, and tracking Work with production management to support execution of closed sales Participate in sales and marketing activities such as seminars, trade shows, and conferences Travel is required to current and potential clients within assigned territory Skills and Qualifications Ability to educate, persuade and influence others Ability to develop and deliver presentations Strong interpersonal and communication skills Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques Requires a consistent, diplomatic and responsive approach in a high stress situation Valid Driver’s License Competency in computer operations (i.e. Microsoft Office products) High School diploma, or equivalent, plus 5 years related sales experience with downhole drilling equipment Minimum 5 years’ experience with sales of manufactured equipment preferable Previous Oil and gas downhole drilling equipment experience and knowledge Comprehensive Benefits Package: We offer an exceptional benefits program that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as company-paid short-term disability, long-term disability, and life insurance.
