Role Overview The Registered Nurse (RN) in this role provides comprehensive, patient-centered care across multiple hospital units, utilizing evidence-based practices, technology, and therapeutic interventions. They collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, perform assessments, develop care plans, document interventions, and educate patients and families to ensure safe and effective care. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality nursing care in various inpatient settings Conduct assessments and create individualized care plans Coordinate with physicians and care teams Document patient information accurately Adapt to different unit workflows and patient needs Maintain professional and regulatory standards Educate patients and families to support positive outcomes Qualifications & Skills Active RN license; minimum 1 year of experience Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Willingness to float across units Preferred: BSN, strong communication, adaptability, critical-thinking skills, and experience in diverse or high-acuity settings Additional Details The role involves physical activities such as lifting, moving patients, and navigating busy environments. It offers full-time and part-time positions with flexible shifts, including weekends, along with a float differential.
