What You'll Do

Your role is to help individuals and families understand their benefit options so they can make informed decisions with confidence.

Responsibilities include:

• Meeting with clients in person or virtually.

• Learning about each client's needs and priorities.

• Explaining life and supplemental health benefit options clearly.

• Helping clients complete applications accurately.

• Following up throughout the enrollment process.

• Building long-term client relationships through excellent service.

• Continuing your professional development through coaching and mentoring.

Compensation & Career Growth

First-year earning potential: $50,000–$120,000+ , depending on production.

No. This is a performance-based opportunity where earnings are tied to client appointments, enrollments, follow-up, and long-term client retention rather than a fixed hourly schedule.

You'll begin working in person during onboarding and licensing. A remote option is available after those milestones are completed.
