(full-time only)6 Observed Holidays + 1 Floating HolidayUp to $5,000 per in tuition/education reimbursement per calendar year for approved program of studyTake home up to 75% of your net earned wages at the end of every shift401(k) Retirement plan with company-matched contributions after 1 year of employmentMedical (Teledoc Included), Dental, Vision, and Life Insurances offered including other voluntary benefitsHave fun with contests and employee appreciation events every monthEssential Functions of Staffing Coordinator (LPN):Maintain a current listing of all resident care employee phone numbers.Update business office with current posting of all department managers' phone numbers.Maintain daily tardy and absenteeism calendars.Report to Director of Nursing (DON) all employees with excess tardiness or absenteeism in accordance with the center policy.Work with Human Resources and DON when scheduling modified work duty employees in accordance with work restrictions and center policy.Complete in timely fashion necessary nursing department employee records upon hiring, job reclassification and discharge.Assist employees in accurate completion of forms (i.e., leave and day off requests, time cards, etc.) pertinent to scheduling and staffing.Complete monthly nursing schedule coordinating requests to ensure appropriate coverage of units.Complete and post work sheets/time schedules.Coordinate variances with DON.Assist in completions and filings of designated reports in accordance with established policies and procedures.Accepts other duties as assigned.Qualifications of Staffing Coordinator (LPN):Active LPN license for the state of Missouri is requiredPrior experience scheduling, screening, and selecting job candidates in various clinical roles within a long-term care setting is preferredCandidates must maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication.Communication, Professionalism, Ethical Practice, Relationship Management.Maintain ConfidentialityAbility to read, write and speak EnglishThorough and detail-oriented organization and management skills are highly desired.EEO Statement:Our facility provides equal employment opportunities.
