Role Description The Field Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Louisville, KY, overseeing day-to-day pest and wildlife control operations in the field. This role includes coordinating technician schedules, assigning service routes, and monitoring work quality and safety standards. The Field Supervisor conducts site visits, assists with complex service calls, and ensures compliance with company procedures and relevant regulations. Responsibilities also include training and mentoring field staff, maintaining accurate service documentation, and communicating with customers to address concerns and provide professional recommendations. The role collaborates with office staff on reporting, inventory needs, and operational improvements to support efficient, customer-centered service delivery. Qualifications Field operations and supervision skills, including team leadership, scheduling, and performance monitoring. Basic pest and wildlife control knowledge, with the ability to learn and follow industry best practices and safety protocols. Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain services clearly and address concerns professionally. Organizational and documentation skills, including accurate recordkeeping and attention to detail. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record, with the ability to travel locally between service locations. Ability to perform physical field work, including lifting equipment, working in varied outdoor conditions, and safely accessing different types of structures. Experience in pest control, wildlife management, or related trades is preferred but not required; supervisory experience in a field-based role is a plus.
