Ascendo Resources is currently seeking a Community Liaison/Marketing Executive for a full-time, hybrid role paying up to $80,000 in base salary and up to $40,000 in bonus potential.

My client, a growing non-medical home care agency in Northeast Ohio, is hiring a Marketing Executive to lead private pay client growth across the Akron, Canton, and Cleveland markets.
What you’ll do:
- Build and own referral relationships with elder law attorneys, financial planners, senior living communities, and concierge physicians
- Turn community connections into private pay clients, and track your pipeline from first touch to signed client
- Run in-home consultations, or work with intake to close new clients
- Represent the agency at networking events, community events, and educational workshops for families and professionals
- Help shape campaigns and messaging that position the agency as the premium choice in home care
What you bring
- Home care industry experience (required)
- A track record of generating private pay leads and closing business (big plus)
- An established network in the senior services or healthcare community
- Confidence presenting to families at stressful decision points
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
What’s in it for you

- Monday–Friday. No nights, no weekends.
- Flexible, field-based role. Live anywhere in Summit, Stark, Portage, Wayne, Medina, Cuyahoga, Lorain, Lake, or Geauga County.
