Sales Specialist OpportunityIDT Corporation is looking to add a passionate salesperson to our team to sell our National Retail Solution (NRS) products and services. You will earn a competitive salary plus commissions and be eligible to participate in our generous benefits program!NRS products bring our customers' small businesses to the next level by helping them monitor and grow their businesses more effectively.The Retail Sales Specialist will be responsible for outside, direct sales of the NRS product and service portfolio in the Phoenix, Arizona area. These products include point of sale systems, credit card processing, cash advance, and our future products too.Our new teammate will develop a plan to increase the reach of IDT and NRS products in their territory by prospecting potential customers, securing orders, and ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction.About the Opportunity:Earn commissions from direct sales of our Point of Sale devices, Merchant Services, Cash Advances, Loyalty Programs, and portfolio of retail products.Drive the completion of the application process, follow-ups, and close deals.Help our customers understand how to use our services effectively.Light tech support on your customers' equipment.Set up and follow up on installation and appointment schedules.Interact with multiple support levels, including Operations/Sales, Finance, and Help Desk.What we would like to see:Motivated individual with at least 1-2 years' experience in selling Merchant ServicesPrior experience with PoS implementation and sales.Bilingual professionals with fluency in both English and Spanish are preferred, other languages consideredMust be prepared to travel and go door-to-door visiting customersBasic computer skills – comfortable using tablet and/or Bluetooth equipmentKnowledge of MS office and CRM requiredAbility to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levelsProven ability to multitask while maintaining sharp attention to detail$33,500 - $33,500 a yearAbout us: IDT is a Communications and Money Transfer company founded in 1990 and headquartered in Newark, New Jersey.
