A Customer Service Representative will deliver efficient, friendly service by assessing the client's needs and providing the solution. You’ll answer phone calls and emails to support and drive customer satisfaction for our in-office position at Davie, FL.

Daily tasks include:

• Accepting general inbound calls, and making outbound courtesy calls to customers
• Order, quote, and payment entry
• Providing order status or product information to customers
• Effectively resolve issues regarding product/service by ascertaining the customer’s concern, determining the problem, expediting the solution, and follow-up
• Answer questions and make recommendations for products
• Record and maintain update-to-date customer information
• Provide amazing customer service
• Follow company processes accurately and efficiently

• Able to type while simultaneously on a call

Qualifications for success in this role:

• Computer-savvy (Apple products is a plus)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and catalogs
• Ability to navigate parts lookup systems
• Parts and mechanical knowledge skills
• High school diploma or GED
• Availability Mon-Fri, 8:00am-5:00pm
