Sales Coordinator, Saudi Arabia

The Musco Team is excited to announce an opening for a Sales Coordinator in our growing Dammam, Saudi Arabia office. The ideal candidate will work cooperatively with Sales and members of the distribution team to meet customer expectations through the coordination of the sales process. Essential Criteria:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Communications, Marketing, International Studies, or a technical field
• Two or more years' experience in a technical customer support role
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English
• Experience in a multicultural work environment preferred
• Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills
• Self-directed within a team environment with the ability to manage multiple tasks at one time
• Detailed, organized, and results-driven with the ability to solve problems
• Occasional international travel may be needed
• Occasional overtime and weekend hours, and hours outside of the traditional work day may be needed

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Manage the complete project workflow process including planning, pre-sale, post-sale, manufacturing, shipping, installation, and commissioning, including preparation of specifications, pricing, quotes, budget estimates, obtaining purchase orders, coordinating arrival of product in port, and synchronizing delivery on-site so that projects are completed on time and on budget
2. Analyze, monitor, and maintain quality of information in systems on all assigned projects to ensure communication of project details and accurate sales and shipment projections to the team
3. Serve as the primary contact for Field Sales in the areas of company processes and policies
4. Identify issues or problems that effect the ability to accomplish goals and take action to resolve in a timely manner
5. Develop and maintain strong communication within the territory and relationships with key contractors, specifiers, engineers, and vendors, as well as the internal sales team and customers
6. Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures to deal effectively with customer and project requirements
7. Review customer responses with managers with a view of improving the sales process
8. Help facilitate billing and credit procedures as needed
