Executive Assistant to the CHRO - Contract to Perm
Nurix Therapeutics
Nurix Therapeutics seeks an Executive Assistant to the CHRO for a contract-to-permanent role in Brisbane, California. The ideal candidate will support senior HR leadership while serving as a culture ambassador, managing calendars and events, coordinating strategic initiatives, and maintaining discretion with sensitive information. Requires 8+ years of executive support experience and strong organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary contact for CHRO, managing inquiries and communications with discretion
- Manage complex calendar, resolve scheduling conflicts, coordinate approvals and follow-ups
- Lead planning and execution of company events including town halls, offsites, celebrations
- Support culture initiatives and employee engagement programs across the organization
- Arrange domestic and international travel with detailed itineraries and logistics
Requirements
- 8+ years supporting senior executives, preferably C-suite level
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency including Outlook, Word, Excel
- Fluency with AI tools such as Claude and Copilot
- Proven event planning and execution experience for corporate gatherings
- Strong project management across multiple stakeholders and budgets
