Location: Kerrville, TX

About the Position

• Assist in implementing occupational therapy treatment plans as directed by the supervising OT.

• Provide therapeutic activities to improve patients’ daily living skills, mobility, strength, and coordination.

• Monitor patient progress and report updates or concerns to the Occupational Therapist.

• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and home exercise programs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and facility guidelines.

• Ensure a safe and supportive therapy environment.

Requirements

• Active Texas Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) license.

• Previous experience in Long Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
