Job Summary

This individual’s primary function will be sourcing and managing investor relationships for multi-family development projects. This individual will build and nurture relationships with predominantly high-net-worth accredited investors through individual networks and assigned company leads.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new investors through personal networking and referrals, schedule meetings and follow-ups. Meetings may include travel and/or require a flexible schedule.?
• Convert incoming investor leads generated by our marketing department. Actively follow-up with calls, emails, and zoom/in-person meetings
• Support our investor relations program, which seeks to maximize shareholder value by identifying, attracting, and retaining long-term investors.
• Work with Partners and Investor Relations team to develop and deliver clear and compelling content for current and potential investors regarding strategy, fund offerings, past financial results, and expected future financial performance.
• Serve as the Roers Companies’ liaison with new and prospective clients, providing exceptional and timely client service, and effective internal and external communication
• Keep investors informed regarding existing investments and new investment opportunities.
• Attend company sponsored events (tradeshows, sporting events, hunting trips, golf outings, happy hours, etc.) to network with prospects and strengthen relationships with existing investors.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate professionally with people of all levels internally and externally
• Ability to travel to meet investors and flexibility to attend breakfast and dinner appointments.?
• Ability to build rapport with investors?
• Demonstrates ability to maintain highly confidential information
• Ability to operate effectively in a fluid organization; able to get things done and move initiatives forward in a high change environment.
• Local market experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to interact with wide range of people.
• Must be organized, detail oriented and have good time management skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, understanding that your scheduled workdays may vary according to staffing and property needs.

Preferred Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in related filed (Business, Finance, Entrepreneurship, etc.)

Experience and/or Training

• 15?years?of investment related sales working with high-net-worth individuals
• Capital raising experience and a consistent track record of success through high-net-worth investor relationships
• Experience working with high-net-worth investors and their advisors preferred.

Technology/Equipment

• Familiarity with CRM platforms (Juniper Square experience is a plus)
• Computer skills: Microsoft Word & Excel, knowledge of internet, email, and social media as it pertains to marketing the property.

Compensation and Benefits for Senior Managing Director:

Pay Range: $147,000 - $197,300

Compensation is determined by several factors that vary depending on the position, including the individual’s experience, skills, and the knowledge they bring to the specific role .
