Our client is a respected manufacturer with multiple U.S. operations and a strong reputation for engineering excellence, product innovation, and long-term stability. The Vermont facility serves as a key hub for both manufacturing and product development, providing engineers with broad exposure across operations, process improvement, and new product introduction initiatives.

Support day-to-day manufacturing operations and resolve production-related challenges.

Troubleshoot process and equipment issues to improve uptime and performance.

Lead cost reduction, scrap reduction, and downtime improvement initiatives.

Drive process optimization efforts to improve efficiency, output, and product quality.

Support new product introductions and transfer projects from R&D into manufacturing.

Develop process documentation, train employees, and participate in corrective action and root cause investigations.

A successful Process Engineer should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 4+ years of process engineering experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable spending significant time on the manufacturing floor working directly with production teams.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Continuous improvement mindset; Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, PFMEA, or quality systems experience is a plus.

Competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $120,000 annually.
