An ideal candidate is someone who has 10+ years of military comms waveform experience, wireless systems or radar, digital signal processing, systems engineering, product development, and leadership skills.What You'll DoDesign resilient communication systems.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of software and hardware engineers to develop software defined radios.Required QualificationsStrong experience with DSP implementation for embedded devices and/or software defined radios.Waveform design for resilient communications.Extensive experience with embedded devices, including FPGA, GPU, ARM, and Software Defined Radios.Familiar with wireless communication standards both commercial and DOD (Bluetooth, 3G/4G/5G, Wi-Fi, SINCGARS, MUOS, etc.).Excellent at balancing multiple projects at any given time.Project Management and Leadership experience.Enthusiastic about both working with a team and executing work.25% travel required.Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S. Top Secret with SCI eligibility (Top Secret/SCI).US Salary Range $220,000 - $292,000 USD The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
