Join a team that values strong partnerships, clear outcomes, and modern data delivery.As a Branded Credit Card Data Product Owner, Vice President at JPMorganChase within Consumer & Community Banking, you will shape and deliver business-ready data products and features that improve decision-making, accelerate product development, and enhance the Chase customer experience. You will translate complex business needs into an actionable product roadmap, modernize data delivery through cloud-native capabilities, and connect data improvements to measurable business outcomes. You will partner closely across Product, Design, Technology, Data, Analytics, Engineering, and risk and control teams to ensure solutions meet company standards for quality, safety, and compliance.Job responsibilitiesOwn the data product vision and roadmap for branded credit card datasets supporting strategic objectives, operations, reporting, and advanced analyticsDefine, document, and prioritize use cases so delivered data is fit-for-purpose and aligned to business workflows and outcomesEnhance curated datasets where there is clear business justification (for example, redefining metrics, adding calculated fields, and creating derived attributes) to improve usability and adoptionTranslate business needs into clear technical requirements and user stories, and communicate value to both technical and executive audiencesDrive modernization efforts, including migration from legacy platforms to cloud-native architectures and improved data delivery patternsEstablish and govern data scope and documentation, including definitions, metadata, classification, and lineageSet data quality expectations (accuracy, completeness, timeliness), coordinate remediation, and influence partners to resolve issues quicklyIdentify, monitor, and mitigate data risks across protection, retention and destruction, storage, usage, and quality throughout the product lifecycleManage delivery execution across milestones, dependencies, bottlenecks, and key performance indicators to support successful releasesRequired qualifications, capabilities and skills8+ years of experience delivering products, projects, or technology applications in data, analytics, or technology environmentsEnd-to-end product ownership experience across discovery, planning, requirements definition, delivery execution, and value realizationStrong technical and data fluency, including data engineering concepts (pipelines, data modeling, and architecture) and the ability to translate needs into clear specifications and user storiesExperience working with modern data platforms and cloud ecosystems (for example, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Snowflake, and Databricks, or comparable technologies)Demonstrated ability to drive adoption and organizational change by influencing cross-functional partners and improving ways of workingExperience operating in Agile teams, including planning, refinement, and delivery cadenceStrong executive-ready communication skills, structured problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across stakeholdersPreferred qualifications, capabilities and skillsAdvanced querying and analytics skills, including advanced SQL and one or more of Python or RExperience with large-scale data processing and analytics tools (for example, Spark, Hadoop, or Alteryx) and data management practices (metadata, definitions, and data quality)Experience in credit cards or adjacent consumer lending domainsDemonstrated leadership presence and the ability to serve as a subject matter resource across stakeholdersChase is a leading financial services firm, helping nearly half of America’s households and small businesses achieve their financial goals through a broad range of financial products.
