Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated HR Assistant to join our growing HR team. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and placing top-tier candidates to meet organizational staffing needs. You will act as a strategic hiring partner, collaborating closely with department leaders to ensure a seamless, candidate-centric hiring experience. Responsibilities proactively source and recruit qualified candidates through job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and employee referrals. screen resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications to ensure alignment with job requirements and company culture. develop strong relationships with hiring managers to understand team needs, workforce gaps, and ideal candidate profiles. create and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. organize and attend career fairs, university recruitment events, and professional networking events. maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and monitor key recruiting metrics to optimize performance. ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and managing communication throughout the hiring process. stay informed on labor market trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging recruitment technologies. ensure compliance with employment laws and internal hiring policies. #J-18808-Ljbffr
