Data Entry Clerk

We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk for our client in the Diamond Bar, CA area . This is an onsite, temp-to-hire opportunity for a detail-oriented candidate with strong data entry and administrative skills.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with Made2Manage (M2M) and be comfortable entering and maintaining technical documentation, Bills of Materials (BOMs), drawings, revisions, and job order information.

Location: Diamond Bar, CA Area

Schedule: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Pay: $22.00 – $24.00 per hour

 

Responsibilities

• Enter drawings into Sales Order BOMs using the Made2Manage (M2M) system, including BOMs, release dates, special instructions, revisions, and blueprint updates.
• Enter Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and non-ECO release dates and documentation, identifying affected drawings.
• Maintain ECO logs, scan ECO documentation, and distribute information to designated personnel.
• Enter long-lead part numbers into Sales Order BOMs and reference quotes to corresponding parts.
• Prepare job BOM picklists and submit them for approval before release.
• Notify appropriate departments when jobs need to be opened and parts purchased; follow up as necessary.
• Prepare approved releases by copying and stamping documents and distributing them to designated departments.
• Process approved corrections and resolve discrepancies within M2M.
• Scan and maintain documentation, including part-number forms, blueprint books, and sales-order files.
• Provide daily phone coverage as needed.
• Back up the Document Control Specialist when required.
• Assist with drawing entries during periods of increased workload.
• Order office supplies for the department.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a must.
• Prior M2M / Made2Manage experience is a must.
• Ability to type at least 40 words per minute (WPM) .
• Ability to use a 10-key calculator .
• Proficient with computers and standard office equipment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook .
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively in a structured, team-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated professionalism and commitment to ethical workplace standards.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
