Summary

Estimated On-Target Earnings: $70,000 (hourly base pay + estimated commissions). This role offers uncapped commissions, with top earners earning $100k or more in total annual compensation! Actual earnings will vary based on individual sales performance.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

The Daily Mission

• Drive Inbound Revenue: Field 100% inbound customer inquiries within a high-energy, fast-paced call center environment.
• Consultative Value Selling: Listen actively to uncover customer needs and use top-down selling techniques to match them with our suite of TV, internet, and wireless products.
• Overcome & Close: Navigate customer objections with confidence, resilience, and curiosity, transforming basic inquiries into high-value sales.
• Maintain Performance Agility: Demonstrate a growth mindset by bouncing back quickly from tough calls or missed daily metrics, aiming to win every single shift.
• Operate with Integrity: Ensure every customer interaction is handled with absolute honesty, transparency, and pride.

• Professional Flexibility: You hold a high school diploma or GED equivalent and are willing to work a full-time schedule that may include evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Open to All Backgrounds: Prior call center or sales experience is a great bonus, but it is not required . We provide comprehensive paid training to set you up for success. Training time is compensated at your regular base pay rate.
• Flexible Scheduling: Positions require availability for on-site shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays; training hours will be provided upon hire.
