Job Description
Registered Nurse - Emergency Department

Schedule

12-hour Night shifts from 7 PM to 7:30 AM with rotating weekends and holidays.

Assignment Details

Contract length: 13 weeks. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in the Emergency Department specialty.
• Acute care experience required.
• Current and active RN license in Massachusetts.
• Current AHA BLS & ACLS certifications required.
• Skills checklist matching the specialty.
• Driver's license with an address matching demographics.
• Flu vaccine required during season.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and care plans.
• Document patient care and progress accurately in the electronic medical records.
