Veterinary Receptionist | $22 - $28/hr + $3.50 overnight differential | Four 9-hr shifts | Full-Time Benefits

Are you a highly motivated individual with a passion for delivering exemplary client service Capital District Veterinary Referral Hospital in Latham, NY, is currently seeking a full-time Veterinary Receptionist to join our dedicated team (also known as a Client Care Specialist).

Compensation:

• Starting $22. Can increase up to $28 with advanced knowledge & experience

• Shift differential between 11p - 7a: Base + $3.50/hr

As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our emergency department while welcoming and assisting our guests.

Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):

• Educate and Support: Inform clients and referring veterinarians about our comprehensive services and provide compassionate support over the phone and in person.

• Appointment Coordination: Assist clients in scheduling appointments at our multi-specialist hospital, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.

• Communication Expertise: Handle reminder and follow-up communications with finesse, utilizing both phone and email to keep clients informed and engaged.

• Record Keeping: Accurately update and maintain client/pet records and files, ensuring a meticulous approach to detail.
