- Ensure safe work environment for themselves and their coworkers.
- Ensure production of high-quality product through proper Tunnel Furnace maintenance and operation.
- Manage, Monitor, Maintain, Troubleshoot and Repair the Tunnel Furnance Equipment.
- Must be willing to work a "Day" schedule Monday through Friday with flexability to cover night/weekend shifts as needed.

- 2 years of experience in a production role with demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
- Understanding of and experience with teh combustion systems, refractory, bearings & lubrication systems, and rolling processes.
- Demonstrated ability to interact with vendors, manage inventory of consumable items, and track/manage area cost.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
