Responsibilities: • • Lead project planning sessions, ensuring every detail aligns with our strategic goals. • Coordinate internal resources and third parties for flawless project execution. • Develop comprehensive project plans to monitor and track progress effectively. • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. • Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques. • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure success. • Report and escalate issues to management as needed, maintaining transparency and trust within the team and with stakeholders alike. Qualifications: • • 2+ years of experience managing construction projects, preferably wood-framed buildings. • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings. • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills. • Proven problem-solving and risk mitigation abilities. • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and deadlines. Compensation: $55,000 - $75,000 yearly
