Chief Strategy & Impact Officer
The National Council of Young Men’s Christian Associations of the United States of America
The Chief Strategy & Impact Officer leads the Y’s long-term vision, organizational evaluation systems, and social responsibility work. You will drive our multi-year strategic plan, oversee the Social Responsibility department, and lead our Creating Connected Communities initiative — a bold strategy to advance civic engagement, build bridges across difference, and strengthen mental and spiritual wellness across the region. Bachelor's degree or higher in organizational development, human services, social services, business or equivalent. 10+ years of progressive leadership in community engagement, systems change or related field. Proven track record surpassing ambitious, community-level goals. Demonstrated expertise in collaborative systems change and impact evaluation. Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
