System Administrator

Responsibilities

Maintain system efficiency and manage Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), hybrid cloud integrations, and synchronization services
Support endpoint management and mobile device administration
Manage Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Intune
Manage a Citrix environment
Assist with budgeting, vendor coordination, hardware procurement, and asset management
Evaluate and modify system performance

Technical Skill Required:

Citrix Administration
Cisco Meraki Firewalls and VPNs
Fortinet Switching
Microsoft 365 Admin
Active Directory and Group Policy
SQL
Assisting with helpdesk tickets

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field
5+ years' experience as System Administrator
Strong analytical skills
