If you're looking to grow your career with a stable, family-oriented company that values teamwork, integrity, and continuous learning, we'd love to meet you.Position SummaryPneumatic and Hydraulic Company is seeking a motivated Technical Inside Sales Representative to support our growing sales team in Geismar, Louisiana.In this role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for customers, helping identify the right hydraulic, pneumatic, automation, and industrial solutions for their applications. You'll build relationships, prepare quotations, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, and support our Outside Sales Representatives in delivering exceptional service.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both technical problem-solving and customer interaction.What You'll DoBuild and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customersRespond to incoming customer inquiries and provide outstanding customer servicePrepare quotes, sales orders, and product recommendationsUnderstand customer applications and recommend value-driven solutionsSupport Outside Sales Representatives with customer opportunitiesProspect new customers and develop additional business opportunitiesCoordinate with Purchasing regarding product availability and lead timesWork closely with Shipping & Receiving to ensure timely order fulfillmentMaintain accurate customer and sales recordsAssist with inventory control and product managementResolve customer concerns professionally and efficientlyContinue developing technical knowledge through product training and industry educationWhat We're Looking For2+ years of Inside Sales, Customer Service, or Industrial Sales experienceExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesAbility to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentExperience using Microsoft OfficeExperience with ERP systems (P21 experience is a plus)Mechanical aptitude or experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, industrial, or automation products is highly preferredAbility to learn technical products and provide solution-based recommendationsPreferred QualificationsFluid power or industrial distribution experienceKnowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic componentsExperience reading technical specifications or product catalogsIndustrial manufacturing, maintenance, or automation backgroundWhy Join Pneumatic and Hydraulic Company?Competitive hourly pay: $19.00–$30.00/hour (based on experience)Stable, growing company with opportunities for advancementComprehensive training and ongoing professional developmentCollaborative and supportive team environmentFull benefits packagePaid Time OffMonday–Friday scheduleOpportunity to become a trusted technical resource within the industrial marketplaceApply TodayIf you're passionate about customer service, technical sales, and helping customers solve real-world industrial challenges, we encourage you to apply and become part of the Pneumatic and Hydraulic Company team.
