This role offers the opportunity to partner closely with hiring managers, drive recruitment strategy, and help shape an exceptional candidate experience. Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for corporate and professional-level positions Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, workforce plans, and position requirements Conduct intake meetings and develop recruitment strategies for open requisitions Source active and passive candidates through job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels Screen resumes and conduct phone and video interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit Coordinate and facilitate all stages of the interview process Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs Consult with hiring managers on market trends, talent availability, compensation expectations, and recruiting best practices Prepare and extend offer packages and negotiate compensation with selected candidates Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience from application through onboarding Utilize Workday to manage requisitions, candidate pipelines, interview scheduling, offer generation, and reporting Monitor recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness, and candidate experience Partner with Human Resources and business leaders to support workforce planning initiatives Assist with employer branding, recruitment marketing, career fairs, and networking events Maintain compliance with all employment laws, company policies, and recruiting procedures Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred 3+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience Experience recruiting for professional, corporate, administrative, HR, finance, marketing, customer service, operations, or technical positions Hands‑on experience utilizing Workday as an applicant tracking system Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking strategies Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and senior leadership Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship‑building skills Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast‑paced environment Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate candidate records Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
