About the Role

The Group Account Supervisor cultivates and maintains strong relationships between clients and the agency. The ideal candidate brings deep healthcare agency experience and a strong understanding of payer and access dynamics, hub services, affordability and adherence programs, coding and reimbursement, and the evolving patient access journey.

This person will lead a group of neuromuscular brands across market access and patient support services, identify opportunities as client needs evolve, and mentor junior account team members.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to clients and lead work across multiple brands or products.
• Act as the key point of contact for clients and internal teams, managing day-to-day workloads, priorities, and delegation.
• Lead execution of tactical plans, client meetings, and medical/legal review meetings.
• Develop and maintain budgets, work plans, timelines, and deadlines. Review estimates with project management and approve job invoices.
• Manage client and agency expectations to maintain a productive working relationship.
• Participate in creative meetings and evaluate work before client submission.
• Contribute to research, analysis, and strategic development.
• Build deep knowledge of clients’ businesses and products to make informed recommendations.
• Identify emerging marketing, cultural, consumer, and advertising issues that may affect clients.
• Identify opportunities to showcase agency work, develop client relationships, and support new business pitches.
• Help interview, onboard, train, and mentor account team members.
• Flag workload concerns to department leadership and help resolve conflicts internally and externally.
• Ensure the team follows agency policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 6+ years of agency or related healthcare/pharmaceutical marketing experience in account services. Market access and patient support services experience is preferred.
• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience, including the ability to train and develop staff.
• Proven experience growing and launching brands.
• Strong understanding of therapeutic areas, disease states, business practices, and vendor relationships.
• Experience working with senior-level clients and managing account, creative, and cross-functional agency teams.
• Strong organizational, analytical, conceptual, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
