Senior Corporate Accountant

Location: Orland Park, IL (Hybrid - 3 days onsite) Type: Full-Time, Permanent/Direct Hire Pay Range: $100,000 - $105,000 base salary plus profit sharing Benefits: Annual incentive and a benefits package to all full-time employees including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) retirement plan match, health savings accounts, etc. Company: Manufacturing Company Key Responsibilities: Own month end close Execute the accounting and analysis Partner with Commercial Finance, Global Supply Chain, and FP&A Support the analysis of actual commercial and operations-related costs against forecast Maintain complete, accurate, and audit-ready support for assigned accounting areas Perform control reviews for assigned processes, identify accounting or documentation gaps, implement corrective actions, and help ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP Improve and document end-to-end accounting processes Review work prepared by junior and mid-level analysts Support internal and external audits Key Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance CPA required 3-5 years of accounting experience, public accounting and/or manufacturing industry experience preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr Connect Search, LLC
