Recruiting Coordinator

Recruiter PositionEducational Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field. Related Industry Experience Requirements: 2-8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience. Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, automotive, manufacturing, or corporate positions preferred. Experience supporting multiple requisitions and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Required Skills and Knowledge: Experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify passive candidates. Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and relationship-building skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet recruiting deadlines. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.Nice to Have Skills & Experience: Ability to attend recruiting events, career fairs, and university outreach activities as needed. Strong customer-service mindset and commitment to delivering an outstanding candidate experience. Automotive, R&D, or engineering recruiting experience preferred.
