Our growth creates opportunity for advancement, leadership visibility, and long-term career development while maintaining the supportive, close-knit environment that sets us apart.If you're ready to grow your career while supporting important national missions, we'd love to connect with you.What You'll DoSupport mission-critical programs in secure government environmentsAnalyze requirements and translate them into actionable solutionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality resultsEnsure compliance with contract and security standardsContribute ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and performancePerforms scientific/engineering research, modeling, capability/limitation analysis, reverse-engineering-informed characterization, and vulnerability assessment of foreign aerospace/missile systems.What You BringExperience supporting government or DoD programsAbility to work independently and within a collaborative team environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong knowledge of missile systems; propulsion; aerodynamics; performance; trajectory; engineering analysis; technical intelligenceMinimum 20 years of experience with a Master's degree related to the labor category.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting MSIC and DIA programsAgile, cloud, or modernization experienceBackground in process improvement or analytical servicesExperience with seeker systems; guidance/control; signatures; launch systems; test & evaluationCompensation & BenefitsAt Weeghman & Briggs, we believe our people are our greatest strength.
