The individual is responsible and accountable for complete and accurate processing of information, communicating and collaborating with healthcare team members to facilitate patient care. The Health Unit Coordinator will facilitate the acquisition of materials and assist with clerical activities to support the unit's operations.QualificationsMedical terminology course or training preferred. Must have at least 6 months of healthcare business experience in any of the following areas: Physician practice, unit clerk, hospital or clinic, or 6 months of direct patient care experience.
